Qualifications

5+ years of travel industry experience, ideally business travel.
Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing, and travel policy adherence.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, individuals and groups.
Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, hotel, and car.
Utilize Sabre GDS to process bookings and optimize itineraries.
Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with customers.
Act as trusted advisor, offering additional services in line with travel policy.
Collaborate with team to achieve client satisfaction and service KPIs.
