Job summary

CEA CAPA is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source and engage talent, assess candidates, and guide searches to successful hires, while building strong pipelines and improving the candidate experience.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, manage multiple searches, and optimize processes with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house/corporate environment.
• Proactive sourcing and direct candidate outreach, including passive talent.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills against role requirements.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting technology; Greenhouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define candidate profiles, timelines, and keep searches moving.
• Manage multiple open searches and priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Develop targeted sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
• Review applications, conduct initial screens and interviews, provide hiring managers with objective recommendations, coordinate interviews and offers.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates; maintain timely, professional communication and support interview scheduling with People Operations.
• Track recruiting activity and metrics; maintain data in the ATS/HRIS; identify workflow improvements and support recruiting marketing.
