Job summary

Cielo, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives from remote locations. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and deliver strong candidate slates for exempt and professional roles, including technical positions.

The role requires experience with ATS and social media tools, a high school diploma, and a track record of successful recruiting in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and proven success in corporate, RPO, or agency recruiting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for exempt and professional-level roles.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with recruiting technologies such as ATS and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positions and market data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong talent slates.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
