Qualifications

• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across corporate functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, networks, universities, and industry orgs.
• Engage candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
• Attract high-performing professionals aligned with company culture and objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with transparency and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams for smooth onboarding transitions.
• Monitor recruiting metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and branding initiatives.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles across departments.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
