Job summary

PerformYard is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing SaaS team remotely. You will partner with the Director of People and executives to source, recruit and close top talent across all departments, driving full life-cycle recruitment.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, use LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from intake to onboarding. Must have 1–3+ years of recruiting and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3+ years recruiting in high-volume roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruitment across all business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers and COO on talent strategy and process.
• Create engaging job descriptions and post to multiple channels.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Maintain candidate data and ensure timely feedback.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
