Job summary

Innovas is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support contract operations, legal operations, and corporate governance. This role coordinates reviews with outside counsel, manages contract workflows, and maintains corporate records in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has DoD contracting experience and strong organization skills, with a track record in managing NDAs, vendor agreements, and licensing documents.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience; priority for DoD/government contracting experience.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
• Experience with outside counsel and contract lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate contract lifecycle including vendor agreements, licensing, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
• Own all corporate NDAs: timely execution, organization, and record retention.
• Draft, review, edit, and coordinate standard agreements and contract templates.
• Prepare redlines and coordinate with outside counsel on complex matters.
• Support vendor contract negotiations and track obligations and renewal dates.
• Maintain the corporate contract repository and CLM platform.
