Job summary

Pretium Enterprise Services is seeking an in-house contracts professional to manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.

You will support governance, entity administration, and recordkeeping, and work with Sales, IT, Operations, Accounting, Business Development, and Investor Relations to streamline legal processes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle incl. drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements.
• Support corporate governance, entity administration, and recordkeeping, including legal entity records and organization charts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Operations, Accounting, Business Development, and Investor Relations to optimize legal processes.
