Job summary

Innovas in the United States is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support contract operations, legal operations, and governance across the organization. You will ensure contracts and corporate records are organized, compliant, and efficiently managed while supporting growth.

The role acts as liaison between business and outside counsel, coordinating reviews, managing workflows, and supporting NDAs, licensing, and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field.
• 5+ years in paralegal or legal operations, with DoD/government contracting preferred.
• Experience drafting and administering commercial contracts and NDAs.
• Experience with CLM systems and outside counsel coordination.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate contract lifecycle, NDAs, licenses, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate with outside counsel for contract reviews and guidance.
• Maintain corporate records and governance documentation.
• Support audits, compliance, and process improvements.
