Job summary

Sirva Inc. is seeking a Corporate Housing Specialist to assist relocating employees and external prospects through a housing network, manage the customer experience, and explain the corporate housing process.

You will handle maintenance requests, extensions, and policy exceptions, coordinating with relocation counselors to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the transferee’s housing journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer service on existing reservations; resolve maintenance issues and obtain approvals for billing from transferee.
• Establish contact with transferee to determine housing needs and set expectations for the process.
• Communicate needs to Regional Tenancy Manager to ensure housing options meet criteria and respond to questions promptly.
• Coordinate billing accuracy and post-arrival/departure audits; support monthly utility audits.
• Cross-train Housing Coordinators, act as primary client contact, and run various reports on request.
