Job summary

TeamOut (YC W22) is seeking an experienced Event Planner to own the end-to-end planning and coordination of remote, multi-event engagements for our corporate clients. You’ll research and vet vendors, craft the run-of-show, guide catering and BEO decisions, and manage attendee registration with no travel required.

You will oversee multiple events at different stages, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and seamless client experiences from contract signing through post-event wrap-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years planning corporate events: offsites, retreats, conferences, or comparable multi-day programs.
• Experience coordinating vendors and multiple stakeholders on the same timeline.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfort working independently and remotely, with real ownership of accounts.
• Availability during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and coordination of multiple corporate events from contract to post-event wrap-up.
• Research, vet, and manage vendors; build and own run-of-show and client guidance on catering and BEO decisions.
• Coordinate transportation and run attendee registration remotely.
• Monitor vendor costs against budget and flag risks early.
• Use TeamOut platform to support event organization and management and ensure timely communication with clients.
