Job summary

Engine is seeking an Internal Events Coordinator to craft world-class in-person moments for a remote-first team. You’ll own logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for offsites, summits, and town halls across locations.

Partner with the Employee Experience and Events leads, build repeatable playbooks, and drive crisp communications to boost turnout. Occasional travel and a focus on memorable swag complete the role.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in every task, from invites to post-event follow-up.
• Experience coordinating vendors, venues, and budgets for large events.
• Strong written communication and ability to own event-related communications.

Responsibilities

• Event Logistics & Vendor Management: plan and execute off-sites, summits, and town halls; manage venues, catering, travel, AV, and swag.
• Registration & Attendee Experience: own invites, RSVPs, check-in, and attendee flow for internal events.
• Event Marketing & Communications: collaborate with internal comms to send invites, reminders, and recaps to drive turnout.
• Playbook & Process Support: build repeatable playbooks for in-person programs; capture learnings to improve events.
• Automation & Product Impact: identify workflow automation opportunities; provide feedback to Product teams.
• On-the-Ground Execution: travel on-site 2-3 times per quarter to support setup and run-of-show.
• Company Swag: own swag strategy and online store vendors for hires and milestones.
