Job summary

Po-Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Group Retreat Coordinator in a fully remote role serving clients across the United States. You will coordinate customized group travel experiences, including lodging, transportation, activities, and dining, while managing bookings and communications with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate has strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand group travel objectives, themes, and logistical needs.

• Manage group bookings and maintain detailed records of all arrangements.
