Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at a well-respected firm or company.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts, software license agreements, and US healthcare laws including HIPAA.
• Experience with GDPR, UK privacy laws a plus; familiarity with CCPA.
• Remote work eligibility in the U.S. and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Lead structuring, drafting, reviewing, and closing corporate and commercial transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support business growth.
• Represent Harris Healthcare units in interactions with customers, vendors and partners.
• Identify legal risks and trends in a changing regulatory environment.
