Harris Healthcare in the United States is seeking a corporate counsel with 4+ years of experience to join our Legal Team. The role focuses on technology contracts, software license agreements, and US healthcare laws including HIPAA, with remote work eligibility.

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, lead end-to-end transactions, develop templates, and advise cross-functional teams. Strong business judgment and writing skills are essential; international privacy laws a plus.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in technology contracts and healthcare law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy.
• US healthcare regulatory knowledge.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (license, services, development, NDA).
• Lead end-to-end structuring and closing of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements based on business/legal needs.
• Advise and counsel internal clients across Harris Healthcare.
• Identify legal trends/risks in evolving regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with GDPR/UK privacy laws a plus.
