Qualifications
- Must understand US healthcare law, HIPAA, data privacy and security.
- Experience reviewing and drafting technology/software license agreements.
- Ability to provide clear legal advice to business units.
Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters for designated Harris Healthcare units.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
- Lead structuring and closing of corporate and commercial transactions as appropriate.
- Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support growth.
- Interface with customers, vendors, and external counsel as needed.
