Job summary

Harris Healthcare is seeking a corporate counsel to join our legal team. The role is remote in the U.S. with a focus on HIPAA, US healthcare law, and technology contracts. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements and lead corporate transactions as needed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience, JD and State Bar admission, and strong business judgment with excellent drafting skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external counsel is essential.

Qualifications

• JD degree in good standing with State Bar.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and US healthcare laws.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters for Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Lead structuring, drafting, reviewing and closing corporate/commercial transactions based on experience.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business and legal needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support business growth.
• Represent Harris Healthcare in discussions with customers, vendors and external counsel; monitor regulatory trends.
