Job summary

PRI Global is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join the Corporate Accounting team. This remote, six-month contract role requires ownership with minimal guidance and a strong GAAP background.

You will design scalable accounting processes, manage month-end closes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Risk teams globally. Ideal candidates have extensive knowledge of ASC 606, internal controls, and the ability to translate complex systems into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams on new product launches, including reviewing contracts.
• Perform timely accounting and risk assessments.
• Design effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Ensure finance requirements are delivered by product and engineering teams for launches.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams including Legal, Product, Engineering, Tax, and Risk.
• Facilitate information flow between cross-functional partners and Finance.
• Review end-to-end system flows for accounting and reporting; partner on improvements.
• Lead adoption of new accounting policies and updates to align with guidance.
• Perform month-end close activities: journal entries, reconciliations, analyses.
• Design scalable processes for month-end and quarter-end close.
