Job summary

The company is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager in Phoenix, AZ to scale accounting operations during an expansion and acquisition phase. You will lead cost accounting, inventory, fixed assets, and procure-to-pay while driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

Candidates should have a CPA or CPA-eligible background, 5+ years of related experience, and a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP in an ERP-enabled environment. This role offers a remote option for AZ residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in cost and manufacturing.
• Public company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost accounting, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Oversee procure-to-pay processes and month-end close.
• Scale accounting operations during growth and acquisitions.
• Manage and develop accounting, accounts payable, and procurement teams.
