Job summary

ICF Olson in the United States is seeking a mission-driven Coordinated Entry System (CES) Manager to oversee the implementation and operation of a large CoC's CES. You will translate HUD requirements and CoC policies into practical, compliant processes across participating providers, driving housing placement outcomes.

The role leads a team, partners with housing providers and community stakeholders, and uses HMIS data to monitor performance and improve equity, efficiency, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Policy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in homeless services, coordinated entry, supportive housing, or related operations.
• Experience with HMIS or similar data systems is required.
• Experience managing multi-agency initiatives and stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CES implementation and ensure HUD/CoC compliance.
• Serve as operational liaison between the CoC and housing providers.
• Oversee data quality monitoring, referrals, and housing move-in processes.
• Lead quality improvement and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
