Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking an experienced HMIS Manager to lead the Homeless Services HMIS operations team. You will oversee data systems administration, ensure performance, and drive continuous improvement to support CoC reporting and outcomes.

You will coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to meet HUD requirements and ensure high-quality data, while mentoring data professionals and aligning priorities with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Professional experience with HMIS and homeless services data systems.
• Strong ability to manage professional teams and deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of data systems, operations, and technical environments.
• Experience with project management methodologies for software/data projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HMIS operations, ensuring reliability and data quality.
• Ensure on-time delivery of reports, analytics, upgrades within scope and budget.
• Enforce processes to maintain performance, availability, and data quality across lifecycle.
• Coordinate with HMIS vendor and partners to meet HUD HMIS requirements and policies.
