Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced CES Coordinator to implement and operate a Coordinated Entry System for a large Continuum of Care. The role involves matching housing referrals to openings, monitoring workflows, and reducing move-in timelines while liaising with providers, shelters, access sites, and partners to ensure effective housing placements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and at least two years of direct CoC/CES experience, with strong communication and data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Policy and Administration, Business, or Social Welfare or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years directly related experience with Continuum of Care program and HUD Coordinated Entry programs.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Implement CES policies, procedures and requirements including administration of CES assessment tools and prioritization policies.
Coordinate CES administration to reduce vacancies and speed referrals to housing.
Analyze data on household needs and service offerings to remove barriers to housing.
Standardize CES guidance across housing applications, service coordination and data tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify workflow issues and implement solutions.
