Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Coordinated Entry System Coordinator to support the management, implementation, and operation of a Coordinated Entry System for a large Continuum of Care. You will work with survivors of domestic violence to identify housing options, navigate complex programs, and coordinate services while complying with privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Policy and Administration, Social Work, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum two years directly related experience with Continuum of Care programs and HUD Coordinated Entry.
• Understanding of CES requirements under HUD rules and related guidance.
• Experience with survivor-centered, trauma-informed approaches and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CES processes for housing identification, matching, referral, application and placement for survivors of domestic violence and related violence.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency, transitional, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, affordable housing and rental assistance options.
• Match eligible households to housing opportunities based on program requirements, survivor preferences, geography, and resources.
• Provide housing navigation and application support including documentation, landlord communication, eligibility verification, and move-in activities.
• Monitor referrals and applications from initial connection to placement, addressing delays or barriers.
• Coordinate warm handoffs to victim services, legal assistance, benefits, and other community resources.
