Job summary

Pavago is actively seeking a performance-driven Copywriter focused on conversion to help grow campaigns across healthcare, restaurants, fitness, ecommerce, and professional services. This remote role emphasizes data-driven messaging that drives engagement and customer acquisition.

You will craft landing pages, emails, nurture sequences, and paid ad copy while collaborating with the marketing team to optimize CTAs, funnel flow, and overall conversion performance across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, conversion-focused marketing, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize high-converting landing pages, sales pages, and lead generation funnels.
• Develop messaging tailored to different audience stages (awareness, consideration, conversion).
• Improve CTA performance, offer positioning, and conversion flow.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to align visuals and messaging.
• Write cold outreach emails, nurture sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop lifecycle messaging for lead generation, retention, and re-engagement.
• Support segmentation-based email marketing strategies.
• Optimize subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused messaging.
• Write ad copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Create performance-driven hooks and messaging frameworks.
• Support campaign testing and copy iterations based on results.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Support SEO-aware landing page and website content creation.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve messaging based on engagement and conversion data.
• Assist with A/B testing initiatives for headlines, CTAs, and offers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted copywriting workflows and tools
