Job summary

Paired is seeking a Conversion Copywriter & Landing Page Specialist to join our fast-growing agency. This hybrid role blends direct-response copywriting with hands-on landing page building and CRO, turning winning paid-media angles into high-converting experiences.

You'll work with media buyers and the creative team to maintain strong ad-to-page congruency and continuously optimize CVR, launching tests and scaling successful variants across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct-response copywriting for DTC/e-commerce/affiliate/info-product businesses.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages, not just providing copy.
• Strong understanding of CRO, funnels, and paid-traffic conversion.
• Portfolio showing landing pages you've both written and built.
• Comfortable using performance data to guide creative decisions.
• Ability to work quickly, test frequently, and own from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Write high-converting landing page copy based on winning ad angles, hooks, and offers.
• Research customers, competitors, products, and pain points to develop messaging.
• Write and iterate headlines, offers, CTAs, advertorials, VSL/funnel copy, and other assets.
• Partner with media buyers and creatives to maintain ad-to-page messaging congruency.
• Independently build and launch landing pages using brand page-building tools.
• Develop page structures and layouts designed around conversion.
• Run A/B tests across copy, offers, page structure, and other elements.
• Analyze performance data and use findings to improve CVR.
• Turn winning tests into repeatable landing page frameworks.
