Lever, Inc. is seeking a remote Funnel Strategist & Copywriter to own both strategy and execution across full-funnel campaigns. You will research audiences, craft messaging, and build landing pages, emails, ads, and sales assets to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy across agency, in-house, freelance, or similar.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, with high proficiency.
• Portfolio with measurable copy results is valuable.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and persuasion.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences including enterprise.
• Strong customer and market research habits.
• Interest in professional copywriting principles through books/courses/practical experience.
• Ability to defend ideas clearly and accept feedback.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with willingness to share ideas.
• Analytical mindset with interest in performance data.

Responsibilities

• Research audiences and market messaging to write in their language.
• Develop full-funnel strategies including offers, landing pages, emails, and touchpoints.
• Write persuasive copy for landing pages, emails, ads, case studies, and sales materials.
• Determine what to build, why, and how components move prospects through the funnel.
• Review campaign performance, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, sales, and customer success teams.
• Contribute new campaign ideas and participate in strategic discussions.
• Use insights to refine copy, offers, and funnel journeys.
• Present and defend strategic and creative recommendations with openness to feedback.
