Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration controls.
• 2+ years CO2 system experience focusing on controls.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of controls programming, wiring diagrams, and system troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 80% and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and multimedia training on controls hardware, software, and architecture.
• Conduct standard and custom courses for customer and OEM needs.
• Facilitate hands-on demonstrations and troubleshooting exercises.
• Collaborate with Controls Training Team to maintain curriculum and materials.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and SMEs to reflect latest tech.
• Review training content with instructional designers for accuracy.
• Follow adult-learning principles and adapt delivery to audiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback.
• Maintain and troubleshoot training equipment and demonstration systems.
• Travel to customer sites, training centers, and events as needed.
• Provide post-training support and direct learners to resources.
