Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration controls.
• 2+ years CO2 system experience focusing on controls.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of wiring diagrams and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel 80%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and multimedia training on controls hardware, software, and architecture.
• Conduct standard and custom courses for customers and OEMs.
• Facilitate hands-on demonstrations and troubleshooting exercises.
• Update curriculum and reference materials to match new controls and firmware.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and SMEs for accuracy.
• Review e-learning materials with instructional designers.
• Apply adult-learning practices and adapt to audience capabilities.
• Provide post-training support and answer technical questions.
• Travel to customer sites, training centers, and events as needed.
