Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years' experience providing Customer Service Support.
- Experience with PLC controls platforms (Allen-Bradley and Schneider).
- Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work remotely with customers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot schematics and PLC logic to isolate issues for customers.
- Provide guidance on efficiency, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding troubleshooting expertise to customers remotely.
- Travel 20-30% to different customer locations, including weekends/overtime.
