Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 1+ years experience providing Customer Service Support.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Schneider PLC controls platforms.
• Expertise in controls hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support semi-complex systems integrating hardware and software.
• Assist with semi-complex material specifications and schematic troubleshooting.
• Suggest ideas for efficiency, cost reduction and customer happiness.
• Provide outstanding troubleshooting expertise to customers.
• Travel 20-30% to customer locations, including possible weekends and overtime.
