Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience as Controller or similar role.
• Experience providing client accounting services (CAS) or outsourced accounting.
• Proficient with cloud-based accounting platforms and advisory capabilities.
• Strong communication and ability to mentor bookkeeping teams remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Review and analyze financial statements.
• Support and mentor bookkeeping teams.
• Provide accounting guidance and problem-solving support.
