Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations for client portfolio.
• Oversee month-end close and accurate financial transactions.
• Direct payroll processing and timely payments.
• Oversee bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Develop internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of clients.
• Overseeing month-end close and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Managing payroll processes and ensuring on-time execution.
• Overseeing completion of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with payroll, sales, and use tax reporting requirements.
• Administering and maintaining charts of accounts and cloud-based accounting platforms.
