Notabene is seeking a Controller to own the external audit process and lead the close for Notabene Inc. and Notabene GmbH, reporting to the VP of Finance. You will drive policy, documentation, and automation to scale multi-currency revenue and intercompany activity.

This senior role requires GAAP expertise, ASC 830, and a track record of building controls that withstand audit scrutiny in a remote-friendly, growing organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading external audits for multi-entity entities.
• Ability to own month-end close and GAAP reporting.
• Experience with ASC 830 and FX translation.
• Strong policy documentation and internal controls.
