Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations across multiple entities and currencies in a fast-growing software company. This hands-on role collaborates with the Director of Accounting to establish policies, strengthen internal controls, and optimize NetSuite while supporting growth across global entities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, deep GAAP/ASC knowledge, and the ability to manage complex financial operations in a high-growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in software companies.
• Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting (US + UK/Canada/Germany/Japan preferred).
• Proficient with Excel, G Suite, and NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close with analyses and adjusting entries.
• Own key recurring technical accounting workbooks and ASC documentation.
• Develop and implement SOX internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional finance initiatives including NetSuite optimization and process automation.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
