Job summary

Cyera seeks a hands-on Controller to scale our financial operations across multiple entities and currencies. You will partner closely with the Director of Accounting to implement policies, strengthen internal controls, and drive accurate reporting in a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities include month-end close, technical accounting, SOX control implementation, NetSuite optimization, and coordinating with auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with Excel, G Suite, & Netsuite.
• Hands on with multi currency, multi entity accounting (US and at least one of UK/Canada/Germany/Japan).
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close: support close with analytical reviews and adjusting entries.
• Technical Accounting: own recurring workbooks and documentation per ASC standards.
• Internal Controls: implement and refine SOX controls for growth.
• Assist with Special Projects: drive NetSuite optimization, process automation, ad-hoc tasks.
• External parties: liaison for external auditors and tax advisors.
