Qualifications

• Mortgage, lending, or FinTech industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Hands‑on experience managing general accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience working across multiple entities and general ledgers.
• Understanding of accounting and tax considerations associated with different entity structures.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, remote accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting across multiple entities and maintaining separate ledgers.
• Maintain organized, accurate financial records with strong attention to detail.
• Manage month‑end accounting, including monthly revenue allocations between entities.
• Support ongoing improvements to accounting processes and procedures.
• Supervise offshore accounting support responsible for AP processing and bank transactions.
• Partner closely with the CFO on accounting operations and financial reporting.
