Trust & Will, a remote-first estate planning platform, seeks a seasoned Controller to steer financial operations during growth. You will own accounting for Trust & Will and subsidiaries, lead the team, design controls, and optimize AI-enabled processes while ensuring compliance and scalable systems.

Competenze

• 10+ years accounting experience with 4–5 years in a controller role in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and internal control design.
• Hands-on AI/automation in accounting workflows (LLM tools, scripting).
• Experience designing controls for automated/AI-assisted processes.
• Strong communication and leadership across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing and developing direct reports.

Mansioni

• Own accounting for Trust & Will and subsidiaries; manage month-end close and tax compliance.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure scalable processes.
• Lead audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee accounting tech stack; partner with FP&A for system integration.
• Cost analysis and optimization; support CFO and FP&A on budgeting.
• Oversee vendor relationships and policy compliance.
