Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the integrity, timeliness, and scalability of our accounting operations. Reporting to the VP, Accounting, you will lead the day-to-day close, manage US and international audits, and build a scalable pricing, packaging, and billing engine for our multi-channel business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years accounting experience, including 2–4 years in a Controller role.
• Strong command of US GAAP with SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Experience leading external audits and building accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close, driving close cycle time while maintaining accuracy.
• Lead consolidated US and international audits; manage PBC lists and timelines.
• Build scalable pricing, packaging, and billing engine for multi-channel business.
• Design and monitor internal controls with a SOX-readiness mindset.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on forecasting, deal structures, and acquisitions.
