Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Interim Controller to lead a multi-entity accounting function during a leadership transition and audit period. This hands-on role reports to the CFO and focuses on stability, close, consolidation, and internal controls.

You will supervise 9 accountants, manage AR/AP, GL, and intercompany reporting, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, coordinate with auditors, and partner with FP&A, Tax, and Legal during the transition.

Qualificações

• Controller-level or senior accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience managing complex accounting operations within multi-entity environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage accounting teams.
• ERP experience; NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Glen Allen approximately 2-3 days per week.
• Ability to be onsite full-time during the upcoming audit period.

• Partner with FP&A/Financial Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, operational leaders, corporate accounting, and systems teams.

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to support a complex, multi-entity organization during a leadership transition and upcoming audit period. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an accomplished accounting professional who can quickly step in, provide stability to the accounting function, and oversee day-to-day financial operations. The role will partner closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders and will be responsible for accounting operations, financial close, consolidation, reporting, internal controls, and audit support.
