Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Contracts Specialist (Remote, EST) in Wayne, NJ to prepare, review, and finalize customer sales contracts aligned with US SSU policies. This role supports the Field Sales Teams and ensures timely processing of agreements.

Responsibilities include template management, drafting language with attorney guidance, and liaising with Legal, Finance, and other teams. Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience reviewing and drafting sales contracts; ability to interpret terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for review of customer papers and changes; coordinate with Legal, Finance and other teams.
• Maintain and oversee contract templates for consistency of terms.
• Draft and review contract content under attorney guidance; approve language prepared by others.
• Manage workflow of customer contracts to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain electronic agreements and supporting documents.
• Develop knowledge of Getinge sales teams and products through contracts and learning opportunities.
• Prepare various customer agreements such as Master, purchase agreements and amendments.
• Manage workload to meet performance expectations and support contract renewals.
