Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our legal team, based in NYC or remote in the United States. You will review, redline, and negotiate sales contracts, partnering with internal teams to align with legal and compliance requirements.

You’ll help develop and apply contract playbooks, manage high-volume work, and ensure timely negotiations across global customers. A minimum of four years drafting commercial agreements is required, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (sales agreements).
• Experience analyzing a broad range of global sales contracts (MSAs, SOWs, PO, SLAs).
• Strong business acumen with responsiveness to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage high volumes with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with contracts playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate sales contracts; escalate issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with company attorneys to reflect legal and compliance requirements.
• Cross-functionally move deals through the sales cycle.
• Enhance and apply playbooks, policies, and processes for consistency.
• Manage operations and systems.
• Provide general assistance to legal team.
