Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Contracts Specialist/Contracts Attorney for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will review incoming contracts for compliance with company standards and move agreements through review stages to ensure fast turnaround.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of contract-review experience, familiarity with vendor and SaaS agreements, and strong organizational and research skills. JD and state bar admission are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of contract review experience including reviewing, drafting and editing legal documents/contracts.
• Experience with vendor and SaaS agreements.
• Experience with data privacy rules and regulations a plus.
• J.D. with admission to at least one state bar preferred, but not required.
• Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets (Word/Excel).
• Ability to conduct legal research and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming contracts for compliance with company standards and policies.
• Monitor various agreements at different stages of review to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment (50–100 requests daily) from nationwide team members.
• Support legal team with research and drafting as needed.
