Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Contracts Specialist/Contracts Attorney for a 100% remote role. You will review incoming contracts for compliance with company standards and monitor agreements at different stages of review in a high-volume environment, handling 50–100 requests daily from nationwide teams.

Two years of contract review experience, experience with vendor and SaaS agreements, and knowledge of data privacy regulations are preferred. A J.D. and bar admission are desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of contract review experience including reviewing, drafting, and editing legal documents/contracts.
• Experience with vendor and SaaS agreements.
• Experience with data privacy rules and regulations a plus.
• J.D. with admission to at least one state bar preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming contracts for compliance with company standards.
• Monitor various agreements at different stages of review.
• Manage high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment (50-100 requests daily) across nationwide teams.
