Qualifications

• BA/BS in business field required; seven years procurement experience.
• Experience with FAR; DEAR knowledge preferred.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement leadership to meet technical, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Oversee supplier site visits and prepare reports on procurement activities.
• Document procurement files and perform contracts administration as applicable.
• Support and adhere to requirements of procurement's small business and socio-economic plan.
• Manage higher complexity, risk, priority, and dollar value procurements.
