Aufgaben

• Process purchase requisitions with end users and ensure proper documents (SOW, JNCP) are included.
• Process invoices with AP, PPM, and department personnel and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance to contract terms and conditions and monitor procurement activities.
• Full procurement process from requisition to contract close out.
• Adhere to Lab rules, cost monitoring, and compliance.
