Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a business field.
• Seven (7) years of direct procurement experience.
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Advanced understanding of procurement practices and internal procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement expertise and leadership to meet technical, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Oversee supplier site visits and prepare reports with price justification.
• Document procurement files and perform contracts administration as applicable.
• Support small business and socio-economic procurement plans.
• Manage higher complexity, risk, and high-dollar-value procurements.
