Verdani Partners is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to oversee contracts, negotiate client agreements, and ensure legal compliance across portfolios. This remote, part-time role reports to the Implementation and Business Development Directors.

You will manage contract execution, liaise with counsel, and monitor contractual obligations while supporting multiple internal teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of contract law, and proficiency with contract

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in contract administration or related role.
• Knowledge of contract law and negotiation.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks; attention to detail.
• Familiarity with contract management software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between Verdani Partners and legal counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys and teams to address contract needs and terms.
• Review, negotiate, and manage client, operations, HR, and facilities contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks; enforce compliance with policies.
• Coordinate signing, renewals, and maintain contract SOPs.
• Provide weekly contract status reports.
