Post University is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to serve as a legal advisor to the university's legal & regulatory team, faculty, and staff. You will draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts and policies supporting in-person and online programs, ensuring compliance with laws and university policy.

The role emphasizes collaboration, privacy, technology matters, and international compliance as the university grows its international student population.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school.
• Active bar admission or eligibility to practice in the United States.
• Strong analytical and drafting/negotiating skills.
• Interest in contract review and regulatory compliance in higher education.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate vendor and technology agreements and data privacy contracts.
• Provide compliant guidance on Title IX, ADA, privacy and IT security matters.
• Advise on international compliance for student programs.
• Support with research and training on regulatory issues.
• Assist with policy development and university operations alignment.
