Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel. You will draft legal documents, conduct research, and manage templates and records under limited supervision.

The role includes advising staff on policy implications and supporting regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate has a law degree from an ABA-accredited program and is licensed to practice law, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Qualifications

• Completion of law degree from ABA-accredited program preferred
• Licensed to practice law required
• Experience in law firm or in-house legal department preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with standard office software and document management
• Ability to support compliance program objectives and collaborate with other departments

Responsibilities

• Research statutes, cases, contracts, and legal codes
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the organization
• Prepare legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence
• Provide legal counsel on business objectives and applicable policies
• Maintain and organize legal records and templates
• Support other departments on contracts, operations, and regulatory matters
• File documents in digital and physical filing systems
• Develop processes for indexing and filing and manage contracts
• Adhere to and promote compliance program objectives
