Empower is seeking a Workforce Operations Analyst to support the External Workforce lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and transitions, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

You will collaborate with procurement, HR, finance, and business units to maintain smooth operations, data integrity, and timely approvals, while improving data quality and control.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in operations, HR operations, procurement support, or similar roles.
• Experience in process-driven environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, transitions, and offboarding activities.
• Manage verification, quotes, and rate validation with stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain audit-ready contractor records across systems and reporting managers.
