• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales faster than market growth rate and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop annual strategic plan to reach sales targets and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with Distributor Manager, other Contractor Account Managers, Area Specification Managers, and key distributors to grow Rain Bird sales.
• Differentiate Rain Bird through superior customer service, high visibility, and aggressive call coverage cycle.
• Travel as needed for business and customer events / outings.
